1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using StriqTech's services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services Offered

StriqTech offers digital consultancy services that include, but are not limited to:

• Development and implementation of AI chatbots
• Process automation and Business Intelligence
• Digital strategy consultancy
• Agile Coaching and agile methodologies

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services in a legal and ethical manner. You may not use our services for illegal or fraudulent activities or activities that violate third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs and materials developed by StriqTech remain StriqTech's intellectual property until full payment for the project is completed, at which point the rights agreed upon contractually will be transferred to the client.

5. Billing and Payments

Services will be billed as agreed in each commercial proposal. Payments must be made within the established deadlines. Failure to make payments may result in temporary suspension of services.

6. Confidentiality

We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared by the client during the provision of services, except where law requires its disclosure.

7. Limitation of Liability

StriqTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after their publication on this site.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the country of incorporation of the service provider. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of such jurisdiction.
